Safe & Sound The Safe & Sound program gives violators of the SC Child Passenger Safety Law the opportunity to attend an educational course at Palmetto Health, learn more about child restraint safety, demonstrate a new understanding of the importance of child restraint safety and have their fine given by the officer and the court, dismissed.
